Landmark Inn On The River - Sevierville

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, right on the Little Pigeon River, with fine views of the mountains from the balcony. My room was clean, and I loved the cute flower-shaped towel left on the bed. Waking up to the ducks outside was a lovely touch that made my mornings special!

That said, there were a few downsides. The showerhead definitely needs an upgrade, and I noticed some black residue on the floor that got on my slippers. It would’ve been nice to have a microwave in the room, too. it was a pleasant experience, but a few updates would make it even better!

I spent New Year's at this hotel and the location was spot on-so many restaurants within walking distance! The balcony was a highlight for me, perfect for watching the fireworks. I also enjoyed feeding the ducks; it added a fun touch to the stay. The staff was really friendly and even helped when I had car troubles.

The noise levels were ridiculous—you could hear everything going on next door and outside. The cleanliness could be better; I noticed some cobwebs around. Plus, the mattress rolled to the center and my A/C barely worked. it was kind of a mixed bag for my New Year getaway.

I had spotless tidy room with flat-screen television and a private entrance. And it was facing street. I've stayed here before now and had a fine time, so would recommend this hotel.

The view of the riverwalk from the balcony was lovely, and the AC kept the room nice and cool during our stay. We loved lounging by the outdoor pool and enjoying the relaxing vibe of the sun loungers. The king bed was a bit squeaky, but it didn't ruin our great experience. 😊
